HorseLift operates Europe-wide. We can cover any route via our European network of drivers. Whether you are looking for a transport in the Netherlands, Germany or any other country in Europe.
What happens with my data?
Data privacy and data security are at the highest priority for HorseLift. We therefore attach great importance to the protection of personal data in all business processes. HorseLift's position regarding Personal Data is based on the principle of data economy and data minimization. HorseLift only stores Personal Data if it is required. This includes information about name, address, email address and telephone number in order to avoid potential fraud and to enable a smooth process of the transport. We restrict access to Personal Data to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services.
Does Horselift has its own fleet?
HorseLift itself does not own any vehicles and therefore does not operate any orders itself. We solely act as an intermediary between customers and transport companies.

Where do I login as a transporter?
People who are looking to have their horse transported use the app, transporters log in to drivers’ portal which you can also find under “Drivers”.
What licenses are required?
All of our transporters carry the necessary licenses to transport livestock (equids). This includes short journey transporter authorization (type 1) as well as long journey transporter authorization (type 2). Furthermore, we also ask all our drivers to provide us with information about their years of experience driving, their years of experience with horses, their certificate of competence for drivers and carers as well as their number and types of vehicles.
